24 Hour Emergency Care

Vale-Vets-595341-500x750.jpgSometimes pets develop problems that need long term treatment, such as diabetes, thyroid disease, arthritis, heart disease and many other conditions.

We want your pets to be happy and healthy, so we will check them regularly when on long term treatment to make sure they still need the same medicine at the same dose. All drugs can have side effects so we will check your pet over and chat to you about these too. Sometimes we will recommend blood and urine tests to be certain we are giving the very best care possible.

We have a fully stocked dispensary so it is easy for you to buy the medicines you need for your pet. We give you an absolute guarantee of the quality of the medicines we supply.

To order more medicines for your pet either phone the surgery or complete the form below. If you can, please order 48 hours in advance of collection, so that we can make sure that the medicines are ready for collection and have been checked by the vet before you come in.

The legal bit….

In order for us to issue repeat prescriptions and dispense medicines, your pet must be ‘under our care’, this means we have to examine them regularly in order to have personal knowledge of their condition and health. We generally recommend checks every 3 months (unless otherwise advised by the vet).
